Job Overview
We are seeking aSite Installation Technician Team Leaderto lead a skilled team of fitters on installation projects. You will oversee the fitting and insulation of cold storage environments, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, ideal for someone with experience in cold store insulation or similar background.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of fitters on installation projects.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct hands-on installation of insulated panels, doors, and cold storage equipment.
- Liaise with site managers and clients to coordinate project needs.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve them efficiently.
